At Oura, we use a Yoga-based science that includes body movement, breathing and mental exercises to promote health, healing and vitality. We empower our students to take an active role in staying healthy. Our gentle practices are specifically targeted to newcomers to yoga, people living with debilitating conditions and seniors.
